I’m Clara, the mentor you hire when your dreams have outgrown the level your nervous system is still operating from.
I’m a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, trauma therapist and medicine woman, working at the intersection of attachment, the nervous system and business.
I also spent eight years in marketing and helped build seven-figure businesses. So when we work on your offers, your messaging and your visibility, you get the depth of the somatic work and the clarity of someone who knows how businesses actually grow.
For almost a decade, I’ve worked with deeply feeling, intuitive women — healers, coaches and medicine women — who are done shrinking themselves for success, love or belonging, and ready to bring their medicine into the world at their actual size.
My own path taught me to stop hiding my too much. And it taught me what no training could: everything I want is on the other side of stepping through my fears. So I built the capacity to live my full expression, moved to the other side of the world and built a life and business that truly feel like mine.

You wake up without the alarm, and the first thing you notice is how calm your body feels. Tea outside, bare feet on the grass, no laptop until ten.

How do I work with you?” It was the post you would have kept in your drafts not long ago. The deep one, with your medicine in it. Another enquiry came in through a colleague who recommended you.

Your session ends on time, and there’s energy left for you in the afternoon.
